3. User Accounts and Authentication

  • You may create an account using Apple Sign-In

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

  • You may not share your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms

  • Accuracy Disclaimer: AI transcriptions may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical purposes

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions

5.2 Content Organization

  • Content organization is performed using AI models (OpenAI GPT)

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated organization

  • Users should review and verify all organized content before taking action

5.3 AI Limitations

  • AI services may occasionally be unavailable due to technical issues

  • Processing times may vary based on content length and service availability

  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

6. Third-Party Integrations

The app integrates with various third-party services:
